Default Call it Luck

Last week while going to visit a family member my wife and I stopped by an old art store she used to frequent. Luck has it they are going out of business. Well I STOCKED UP! I got those nice xacto wood carving knives with the big handles, for 4 bux a pop, bought two, already had one and sware by them. Blades usually 3 and some change I got for 1.50, and bought a bunch of em! Bought some block of bass wood too in a big bag since I was runing out of the stuff I got from Heinke.

If thats not good enough, I was yacking wtih my father in law at his house and he pointed out that his trim was all BASS WOOD friggen bass wood! He said I think I have a little left, do you want it. Ofcourse I wanted it! Went to his basement and he had lenghts and lengths of bass wood up over the rafters, I ended up with a whole box of it after we cut it down. Theres tons more for my future use!

I'm pretty stocked up for now!

I agree with TreeWizard... you need to buy a Lottery Ticket and quick... Then after you win, take us all on a long vacation.....

Good that you had come across some deals and freebies, but it's a sad to learn that another art supply store is going out of business.
