Default Caduceus, (Staff of Hermes) Finally finished

Ok, I started this as a WIP, and then ended up taking my time, but it's finally finished.
I made this for my sister's birthday. She's a nurse and I thought it would be just the right thing, (she's so good at what she does). I'll be giving it to her tomorrow. I hope she likes it, (crossing my fingers).
Sorry it's not a great picture. I'm not a photographer, but I try.
As always, comments and critique are always welcome.
