| | Re: "BooBoo" bear Hello, my friend.....Boo Boo's a "honey", alright...a real "sweetie"....and the eyes are absolutely captivating! So realistic! I continue to be in awe at what you can do with a piece of junk wood. You're a master at this type of art, Forrest. Great job on both Boo Boo and the tree, not to mention the lil' honeybees!! | | Re: "BooBoo" bear Thanks Bonnie! If you have honey, you sure will have bees also! LOL
Living in the country,I found a old tree one time, guessing I was about 10yrs old. I know every time I got near that tree,I got stung several times. I could see the honey leaking out of a big hole in the tree.
There was a older boy that lived down the road from me,he had some problems,he wasnt really all there, but he would come over to my house and we'd play baseball. I told him about the honey tree and we walked over to it down in the woods.
He smiled and told me,bees wont sting me,I thought to myself,Yea right if you go near that tree and the hole in it.
He climbed up and stuck his arm way down in the hole and pulled out a chuck of the comb dripping with honey. I ran back wards, knowing the bees would follow him which some did.
We walked out of the woods,I was way ahead of him! LOL Anyway, the bees NEVER stung him one time.
I ask him,how could you do that?? I dont know he told me but bees dont bother me. This tells me one thing, people with special problems,God looks over them.
Im gald you liked this BooBoo bear my friend and thanks for your neat comments plus your compliments. Your olde buddy,Forrest
