| | Bobby Bear Hi all, hears alittle bear i carved from a step by step by Lynn Diel. I changed a few things to make it look a little more realistic. The bear is basswood finished with shalac and feed & wax The stump is buternut finished with shalac and dark paste wax. He is named after the country singer. It was a fun project. Comments welcome.

| | Re: Bobby Bear Tom, thanks. I wasn't sure what i wanted to do as the original carving was like a Mike Shipley bear and I didn't want it to be that comical so I went with the clear finish.
