Default Billy White Shoes (my third carving)

I thought I'd better get busy and carve something before my son takes ALL the credit on this here forum. Billy is basswood and he's 6 inches tall. I ain't the best wood carver around but I'll bet I'm havin the best fun.

Fine looking carvings there Cliff. Your quite a painter as well. He has a long shoreman look.

Thanks a heap for letting us see him Cliff, Billy's a fine lookin' feller. Just love the sad expression on his dial <grin> looks like life hasn't been too kind to him for some time........And Cliff, you got it right! if it aint fun then why do it ???

Mr. Cliff,thats a really neat carving plus your painting fits him just right! Plus shoot yea,carving or any art work is fun to me,it dont have to be just right,the fun part is trying~

Nothing wrong with your third carving Cliff. I like him and you done a great job in carving and painting him. Looks like son is a little proud of ol Pop also.
