I thought I would take the time to make special mention of my gratitude to this site and the wonderful people sharing encouragement and their expertise. Were it not for the truly inspirational words of encouragement I recieved on this site I sincerely doubt that I would have completed my "Pig" project which has now been sold for $350; my first sale, of my first attempt at carving from a solid block of timber. A very big Thank-You to all, and specially to those of you who participated in the "Pig" thread in the animal carving forum. Your words do not go unheeded, and you all make a difference.

Wow, Josef! Congrats on the sale! You did an excellent job on it and it was all you. I have to agree with you on the great people here, we have a very special community here and you are part of it. Keep up the great work and keep the chips flying.
