Default Belevue, OH Woodcarving Show

The annual Bellevue, OH 44811 woodcarving show will be February 7-8, 2009 at the VFW on Rt. 20 in Bellevue, which is in north-central ohio, about 15 miles south of Sandusky. It's a good show, non-juried, with free admission. It's sponsored by Al Clark and the Woodcarver's Den. Mike

My husband and I are going if the weather permits. The weather has been fine all last week and seems to be good today. So we'll see but it seems like it usually turns bad at that time for some reason. Would be nice if it would stay good till after the show.

We really like that show. We get to see friends there, some from here also; Dannette (Dangee - Dannie), TomH, Jim OH, Chipcarver (Steve L). Unfortunately we haven't got to meet you yet Mike and some of the other Ohioans here.

I assume you are going to be there. Would be nice to meet some more of the message board members not just the Ohioans. We need our message board pins.

Well pray for good weather and hope to see you all there.

I decided to get a table for the first time, so I'll be there. I haven't exhibited before, mostly because I don't sell my carvings, but no one does my style of carving in this show so I think it will add variety. I'll put a WCI sign on my table and wear my home-made WCI name badge. I look forward to meeting you and other members. Mike

Hi MIke,

My husband and I look forward to meeting you tomorrow and seeing your work. I can't believe what nice weather we are having for the show. It's usually the worse weather of the season for this show. This will be a great change of pace. It should be a nice drive tomorrow for a change. It has been bad every year since we have been going that I can remember. This will be a nice change of pace for sure.

I wonder who else is going? I know Tom H is. I wonder if Jim OH is or scarnes or MIchelleOh? Hey are you guys going too? Any other Ohioans or other wci members planning on making it? Hope so. Hope I get to run into a few others too. But I will definitely look for your sign Mike. I wish everyone safe traveling graces. Till next time.....

Blessings,
Tina

The Bellevue show times are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday. The VFW is on the east side of Bellevue, on Rt. 20, which runs through Bellevue, Fremont, Norwalk, and Clyde not far from the Ohio Turnpike. My table is in the front of the room, near the entrance and across from Al Clark's vendor tables. I'll have my WCI badge on. See you there. Mike Allen
