Default Bass chasing Shad

Here's my second attempt. Am I cheating? I use knives very little. I have a Dremel Multi Max and I couldn't believe how you can remove wood with it. I also use a Band saw, the rotating Dremel and air sanders. The Bass is hard wood. It looked light until I put a finish on it. Is it Walnut or Oak or neither? I'm not good at identifying wood. Thanks for looking,

BUDDY

No such thing as cheating in artwork. Just the finished craft that you made. Very nice piece of work. Great set-up.

That is a great looking piece! Nicely done. I really like the natural wood finish and placement on the driftwood.

Very nice carving. I love bass fishing and this carving really captures a bass in action. Nice display and I too like the natural wood finish. No such thing as "cheating". Thanks for sharing this and I hope to see more.

Awesome piece. Those shad could make a good lure if you added a hook or 2.
