Rocket explained it to me
so here goes

Go to User CP
Click on Edit Options
Scroll down to where it says Miscellaneous Options
There is an itty bitty lil window with a small arow pointing down
click on arrow
click on Enhanced interface (WYSIWG)

Click on save changesMonkey
