Carl, I really like him! I don't think he's to dark at all.His expression is great, even though it looks like he may be smelling something he doesn't like! Great job young man!

Thanks for the comments everyone, I still wanted to make him disappear but mom insisted I keep him and send him to my dads office. I was all in all disappointed in the way it turned out and considered it a failure. But that's just me, if you all like him that will do to turn it into a successful carving.
