Thanks to all for your very kind words... My niche in carving/designing in the beverage industry is pretty small - but over the years I've developed a pretty loyal following. It pays the bills and does allow me to do a lot of different things - like this one... Hey - I'm blessed! people pay me to carve - amazing! Downside: I rarely get one-on-one contact with the end client. I have stuff in hundreds of restaurants around the world - but I'm lucky to see 10% of them installed - let alone hear from them! It is kinda neat to see your stuff on pub/restaurant web pages though

The economy is taking a hit on all of us - professional and amateur alike. Perfect time for exploring and learning new things!

Terrific! I love the finished piece. You did a great job carving and painting it. Your color choices are really great.
I would be super pleased if I were the customer. I would have a hard time letting go of it, had I carved it.
