Default Ash woodspirit hiking staff

Colin,
I just finished working on this staff this weekend. I carved it for our club the North Suburban Carvers. It will be raffled at our show in Oct.

I like seeing all the different styles of Woodspirits. Alot of good spirit carvers are members of this board. Keep them coming.

Great job Woody, nice expression on the spirit. Tough to do on so small a stick, well done.

Another great spirit lives... but then, I've never met a woodspirit that I didn't like. Thanks for posting!

Very nice. The little bit I worked with ash tells me you had to put some muscle into carving that figure in such hard wood. Well done.

Great carvings in the stick. I like the color used.
Hope it brings great results in the raffle. That sure was generous of you to donate it.
