Default Any Indian flute makers out there

I just bought my daughter an Indian flute and thought it would be really nice if I could make her. Thought it would make a good hierloom for her

I dabbled a little, made a walking stick flute, but only a few keys worked.
It can be tough getting everything lined up properly with the right bevels and air flow, but rewarding when you get sound.
I bought this guys instructions.
Not bad:
Native American Style Flute CD & VHS Video by Don Rivaldo
But before ordering that I would check out the yahoo group, they have a TON of information and are very active and helpful.

Thanks for the information, I have most of the tools required, looks like I need some wood and the time to get started on one. Thank's again for the info.

they don't look like they are all that hard to make as long as you work slowly and pay close attention to the details.
