Here is another wood spirit I did this morning. I like doing these little guys. This one is about 7 inches x 1 1/2 basswood and finished with tinted oil and sealed with lacquer. Thanks for looking as always. Corey

Great work Corey! They make outstanding key chains for garage and shed keys. It's almost impossible to lose a set of keys when they're attached to one of those woodspirits!

Thanks Eddie, that is a great idea. It made me think of the gas station I get coffee at every morning. They have an outside bathroom and a key on a flat stick! Corey

Great stuff Corey, never thought of doing spirits on the shorter sticks, as Eddy says, they'd be unbeatable as tags for those keys that are used by more than one person....bit hard to walk off with those in your pocket <grin> ☺☻☺ |

Corey, "you're hooked there buddy", theres no end to them now. Are using basswood branches (in the round)? What you can do with those is peg 'em onto poles, instant walkin sticks. Cliff |

Thanks guys. Cliff, I am just using 1 1/2 inch square basswood sticks and just carving them into a stick shape. Just practicing. Corey
