Default Another santa

this is another santa from the new roughout of mine. i wanted him holding something and came up with this and then painted something simple on it that still said Christmas. i plan on carving a few other characters out of it next to see how versatile it can be.

thanks dan so much , i tried some new painting techniques on this one, was pretty pleased but i', studying up on some other painting ideas i wanna try. i hope to start on a different project with the roughout in a few days. thanks again

thanks guys so much, i didn't really know what he would end up holding but ended up carving that, which i almost was thinking it might be a looking glass of sorts into Christmas..then the paint idea for it actually just kinda dawned on me when i finished painting the rest of the carving. thanks again
