Default Another Dayton thread

I made this thread to keep from hijacking another one.

It was good to get to meet you guys. Some for the first time.(Roger,Dylan and Lynn Doughty) and some for the second(Mark,Mitchell,Snickerbocker and Phil)

For all of ya'll that have never seen Carver Rog's work first hand, you need to.His cuts are so crisp and clean.Congrats on the awards.

Lynn's work is even more impressive in person than on the internet. His pieces are much larger than I thought they were.It was nice to talk to you.

Last but certainly not least: Dylan's work was also great. He really knows his way around some very delicate pieces of relief carving. It was nice to meet you.

If I left anyone out that I met I apologize in advance.I'm sorry that I didn't get to meet more of you.Maybe we can have a place for everyone to meet next year.Lets hope that the powers that be can make it happen.

Happy carving to all,

Lance brooks aka groozier

P.S. Thanks to Paul Adkins for the trip north.Carpooling was better than driving up by myself.
