Default After 1 year.

I really enjoy reading and looking at all this site has since I started a year ago. So much talent and such great carvers. Such great people. I 'm putting my cowpoke up for comments.It's out of a Cleve Taylor book.Hope you enjoy .

The carving is great but the lariat seems a little out of scale. If you visit Lynn Doughty's website, he gives detailed instructions on making a lasso. The site is www.outwestwoodcarving.blogspot.com.

Thanks ,Lynn is one of the best.Someone would rope me if I take her rope off.lol She picked out the colors too.Love the colors tho. I'm thinking of trying lynn's horse to stand with him. Thanks

Super job Dell, I havr that same book, How much trouble did you have with the hands? Did you drill holes in the arms for the hands?
