Default 5 Carvings

Theses are the 5 chips I picked up at the Fair last night in the sawdust floors in the tents. Coudnt get too deep due to they was so thin.

Just carved them today and applied some stain, leaving them natural.

Hope you like them, they was fun, each piece of wood chip was different and I carve what I saw in them.

Thanks for looking.

Forrest

The native american Robert? The old wood was torn so bad had to make feathers at the top with the bad wood there.Every peice was different and some was so thin in areas or areas I couldnt get a noise out,Id carve the face side ways then.

Glad you liked them and thanks for ckn them out. Have a good wk end..........I need to sneek back up to the Fair to find some more chips {LOL}but we will be there tomorrow evening to bring our things home from the fair.

Thks again,Forrest

Ron I dont know about all that my friend. The main thing to me is trying to carve and carve different items.Im sure no where like the great talent carvers we have here on board. I thank you Ron for your nice comments here on theses chip carvings. I appericate them and you.Did you make it to the Townsend show?? I stayed out in the car alot with the AC on.Too crowded and too little of place there at that show.
Thanks ole buddy,Forrest

Hey ole buddy,
Are you takin' a broom and dust pan with you to pick up more chips??? LOL Sure didn't take you long to get these guys carved, like em all. You & Connie have a great time when you go back up to the fair, the weather is finally coolin' down a bit, won't be so tough on you.
