I would say smaller things the biggest I like so far is the bowl I made, I like small figures and spoons but I'm new so I don't know where it will go from there, I would like to do a few gargoyles

For what it's worth, Cyni Josyln's book Carving Santas from Around the World - 15 Quick and Easy Projects to Make and Give has patterns that show all sides plus top and bottom for here Santas. I have the book and have carved many of them.

Thanks I really want to carve a gargoyle for a walking stick but can't find a picture of one with its wings down (so they don't get broken off when using the stick) I tried google images with no luck.
