2nd Spooncarver Showcase...

I was thinking maybe we should have say 3 things that we offer up each month as inspirational cues, plus just a general show whatever you made catagory. For example say this month the 3 cues are: Spring, star(s), and bee. So...a carver will try to carve a spoon or spoons that would relate to one (or more) of the given cues. What do you all think?

I like the cue thing.. but I dont carve spoons. Can we just use the three cues as inspiration for the month?

Marci, that's a good idea too. Let's see what some of the others think. If the spoon carvers want to do this, I think that would be great. I don't know how many of the other carvers you would be able to rally for a monthly 'anything' cue. Maybe we could do both. If not, you can post what you come up with on the spoon forum. ;-).

Kris, I missed this.I say yay! Like the spring thing, besides i have a little spring inspired scoop in the works. Sounds good!

Why limit it to spoon carving. After all, This is a carving Board for ALL kinds of Carvings.
