Default 1st Attempt with Cottonwood Bark

10"x3"x1.50"thick. Teak Oil, Poly U, and Feed-n-Wax. Avery relaxing media to work with. This is my 1st attempt with Cottonwood and will not be my last. Merle

Hey Merle, wonderful bark spirit now you know you have to do more!
Isn't it great to carve slices like butter. Looks like you had a nice thick piece to work with. I love the nose, well dang just the whole darn thing.
