Default 12 inch standing Santa

Newest project i'm working on now. This guy has been on my mind for some time and i finally got time to put knife to wood and try to carve my idea.
This is the first time i've tried to carve from my mind, it's a scary place to be trust me. I have a little more work to do like hair and such but all and all i think it turning out good.

Opinions? Please and Thank you.

Very nice, Michael. I, too, want to see it painted.

Michael, Good looking Santa. I like the style and think he'll be outstanding when painted.

A minor suggestion. I think I would taper the hood just a little more where it bulges at the top of the head. I think this would flow a little better with the rest of the carving - just my opinion.
