Default War Bonnet

I've been waiting till I had a nice piece that would put me back in the good graces of this august group and I think I finally have one. It's tentatively titled War Bonnet until I can come up with another name.

There are lots of photos and descriptions of how this project came about on my Blog. Comments and criticism always welcome.

Thumbs up Re: War Bonnet

That's teriffic, Lynn.
You asked for comments and criticism so here goes; First comments........Wow and Fantastic!
Now for criticism..........I tried but can't find anything, great creativity and your usual high quality work! I've appreciated your skills since I first saw some of your carvings in Peter Englers Woodcarving Shop in Branson!
Keep up the great work, Norb

I've always been impressed with your carving but your paint job really stands out with this latest carving. I like the accessories as well. Well done.

Lynn,
A pure pleasure to view your work, detail on top of detail. You once (in a post) wished for longer blades for Old Reliable. These might be worth a look.

Nice work Lynn, real bright war paint. Great detail, as usual.
