Default the Viking

Found this little ship at a thrift store the other day, so had to do a viking to go along with it. Fun little project. Finally found something to do with the hat I did during the ol Pete post.
From Basswood, and about 10 inches tall, and finished with acrylics, and a final coat of Deft.

Thanks for looking ,, Tom

Excellent carving, Tom, he looks like a true viking. The addition of the ship sets it off well. Great find. I knew you'd get a use out of that helmet. Thanks for sharing.

Outstanding carving Tom. The ship is a great touch. As always, excellent attention to detail and top of the line painting.
