Hummmm? Eddy. Smithsonian?? Folk Art ?? Guess I could hang out in the dine-0-er-soar area my self being such a old coot as Im!! LOL Im glad you liked it my friend and I hate hearing your daughters and daughter n law was that sick. Im sure maybe sometime over the wk end,I might as well run over to the ER at the VA and get some meds where I can get better.

Forrest,
That was a touching story to go with that great carved scene. It is wonderful.
I can certainly understand your wife "keeping" much of your work.
In addition to being a skilled carver you would also make an excellent story teller.

Big John,its been really cold and bad up here also,in Linville NC where my wife works 45 mins from us one day it was -5 with a wind chill of -11 Plus alot of snow on the ground. We have had a cold winter so far.

Shoot yea keep carving thoses peach seeds for I enjoy seeing yours so much,its a old drying style of carving from our past.

Im glad you liked this little carving plus just a little story to go along with it. Everything in life has a story. Cause life its self is a story with just different places and time frames.
