Default "Stretching His Rope!"

I've attached a closeup photo of my latest piece which I finished up this morning. I'm going to use it as part of my show-and-tell seminar at the Tulsa Woodcarving show this coming weekend. If you want to see the complete figure you'll have to go to my blog listed below. I give a fairly complete description of how I put it together.

The base in the photos 3/4" Red Oak, 1/4-3/8" Basswood and a 1/8" piece of scrap paneling which will be covered with texture material like I did on the Chuckwagon Cook.

Narrow eyes? Come on! This is a caricature. No Rules.....Just Right!!!

Lynn,
Any idea what time and which day you are going to be giving your presentation? I'm thinking about trying to make it down to see the show and would love to see your presentation also.
Thanks,
Garon

The cigarette is made from a piece of coat hanger wire.

I think I'm scheduled for 1-2pm on Friday.
