Default sketching out some ideas

i gota real lull in wanting to carve, totaly unmotovated..

appears my knives and palm tools got a mind ofthere own, if i handle the, i get carved,

so in liew of this i decided to try a few safe sketches for ideas

lash laroo rides again is my favorite so far. granny churning butterwhile watching the old raido show

Yep Thomas, that woulda been my Grandmaw, except for one thing. By the time I'd come along she had given up the pipe for Lucky Strikes. I don't hardly remember her with out a Lucky hangin off her lip. An she lived to be 94. Said she started rubbing snuff at 7 years old. Thomas you're a fine sketch artist too.

thanks tom, fer the braggin on my drawing... but it aint that good

shucks twern't nothing today, but thought i might not remember i drawed them tomorrow,
so i thought it best to send em out to yall folks to see if yall could use em..or if they sparked interest..

dont guess grandma ever smoked nothing, but was never seen without her dip of snuff, she could knock a fly out in mid air but even if i drawed that how would ya carve it,, hum mm maybe Lynn drought's wire and epoxy trick?

Great idea, watchin' the radio. My grampa used to do that, especially when there was a boxing match being broadcast ;O))

grampa was the one who was the comical fight watcher, he usually got so involved on the edge of his chair towards the end of the fight he would spend more time on the floor than the fighters as he scooted out of his seat with the jabs he got to throwing, it tickled all us cousins, mom & grand maw would stand in the shadows red faced laughing with tears streaming from their eyes

heck of a lot of carving to do to make that scene
