Default Sea Captain

Hey all I have a pattern of a sea captain that I have had for about 15 years. This may be tough, but without the aid of a scanner to post up the pattern, I would like to find out if it is from a book or from where. I just have a plain paper copy that I cannot remember where it came from. I will try to describe it. The captain is heavy set, wearing a double breasted Navy jacket, has on a billed cap with a design of an anchor on the front. He has both hands in the pockets of the jacket and has a peg leg. It has been a very popular carving for me. Hoping to find out more, if nothing else I will carve another and post the picture if that helps. have fun, carve Harold

oldbearx2, when all else fails, no scanner etc. just take a few pictures of the patterns (I'm guessing you have a camera cause you have a picturetrail gallery and all the better if it's a digital camera) along with a couple of dimensions it will do the job.

.
