Hugo was originally supposed to be Victor the viking by Floyd Rhadigan, but I ran in to problems getting the arms & shoulder to look right. Once I had them beyond the point of rescue, I tossed it in the kindling barrel. After a couple of days and a cooler head, I rescued him out of the scrap bin and decided to carve him into a smaller viking the way I thought he should look, sorry Floyd.
