I have just added a new thread to the Wood Carving Tips and Techniques section of the Forum showing how I rout decorative edges on the bases that I use for my caricature carvings. Previous to this method, it was very dangerous because my fingers would get so close to the router bit. I hope you will like my new method. It's much safer and a lot more fun to do.
