 Re: Pirate/Buccaneer patterns I play DVD's on my laptop and can pause the film...then move forward frame by frame until I get a good frame for ref. my palyer software has the option to capture the image and print. I did that with the Pirates of the Caribbean and some Mt. Men DVD's Last edited by slivers&dust : 12-07-2007 at 07:26 PM.  |

| Re: Pirate/Buccaneer patterns Goggle an image for Captain Morgan rum! The captain is a great "typical" pirate. Also try.... Blackbeard, Edward Teach, Ann Boney, Long John Silver, Treasure Island, etc. Lots of images out there you can use as a general reference. Also, go to your local library and check out books on pirates, especially in juvenile section, they generally have better art work than adult. Bob

| Re: Pirate/Buccaneer patterns Well, since "makenchips" asked this question ALMOST five years ago, I assume that he now has his pattern AND (hopefully) finished the carving! I would like to see a finished carving though..... |
