| | Pattern or picture wanted I think it was last year....there was a Noah's ark carving in one of the Chip Chats that I wanted to carve. It was the Ark and all the animals stacked one on top of the other in God's hands. Has anyone seen it or remembers what issue? I have looked, but haven't found the issue yet.
Thanks |

| | Re: Pattern or picture wanted I don't think a picture of Noah's Ark was on the front of Chip Chats in 2004-05 or so far in 06.
There was something in Chip Chats back in 1990 Jan/Feb & Mar/Apr, this is a Mary Duke Guldan pattern.
Now on the other hand, WCI has had Noah's ark in three issues, 2002, Issue 20 page 32, 2003 Issue 22 page 62 and again a pattern for the ark in 2004 Issue 26 page 62.
You can check my dates on the WCI index's Under Woodcarving Illustrated, Article Index on the menu, left hand side of this page. .

| | Re: Pattern or picture wanted Thanks for the response. This Noah's Ark was in Chip Chats....not on the cover, though. It was the animals all stacked on top of each other. It was on the left hand page and looked to be pretty tall. It was either in one of the early 2005's or the late 2004's because I was going to do it last year and didn't get around to it!!!
Thanks again!

| | Re: Pattern or picture wanted OOPS, sorry I don't know why I thought you mentioned it was on a cover.
On the other hand, I haven't been keeping my Chip Chat index up to date for the last couple of years so the July August 2004 article didn't pop up when I checked. .

| | Re: Pattern or picture wanted Hi,
No, not yet. The Noah's Ark I want to find is in Chip Chats....not on the cover, it's only on one page, the animals are all stacked on top of each other, in God's hands. It is in black and white, I believe. I'll keep looking.
Thanks for the help!!!
