Hi Lynn! Neat idea as usual. Is the gun barrel carved or did you add a small dowel and what did you use for the flintlock parts? Awesome!

One of the things I want to do is to get good enough to do some WWII soldier carvings... more on the realistic side vs caricature but I have a very long ways to go. I am a WWII buff.

Since I have been here and seen your work I have been wondering what a WWII soldier caricature would look like done Lynn style A thought!!

Corey

Great work.......but then, how could we expect anything else? Your carvings are just wonderful and I lurk around your blog a lot to get inspiration. There is a lot of excellent instruction there and it is really appreciated.

Dwayne....I'm a one man band in that I do everything. Sometimes the music is a little offkey but mostly it's loud and brassy. At least I hope so.
