Default The Out West Challenge - The Entries

The contest ended last night at midnight and here are the 26 entries received at that time. You can look at individual photos of each piece on my Blog. As I said in my blog post there might only be one trophy but there are 26 winners as far as I'm concerned.

What was the detail in the hat you was looking for Lynn? Was it the piece of wheat in the hat band?

Smile I thought it was the ends of the hat thong.....

The two pieces on top of the hat that anchor the end of the string.
I guess mine could be a "spaghetti western", as I used two very short pieces of spaghetti for the little doodads.

I ran the string all the way around the hat crown. I have also posted more pictures of my entry in my WCI Gallery.

Sorry, wife called it a piece of wheat. Rattlesnake rattle makes more sense. Either way I missed it.

Yes , they are all fantastic . We all know how the world works though and someone has to be the judged the best . I looked them over on Lynns blog and for fun came up with the one I would chose . I am curious if I am close or not . Time will tell . All I can say is great job to everyone who entered . All should be proud of your work .
