| Well I am at that age that I see good up close with the bi-focals and good far off with the other part of the lens, BUT, I cant see to read the computer screen or anything else at arms lenght so I have to tilt my head back and get up close to the computer screen, which is pretty much a pain in the neck ! Being resourceful and all I noticed the dollar store had reading glasses for.....yep 1.00. I bought a pair and actually put them on over my regular glasses...three lenses...three depths of vision ! For some reason doing this concerns my kids and they feel thay have to say...Huh dad do you know your wearing two pairs of glasses........DUH !!! Anyway, all this inspired me to do this ole gunslinger who really "needs glasses". Hope you enjoy him and comments are always welcomed and thanks Mark for the great idea of the planked floor. Dave

Nice carving, Dave! I'm in the 10% of the population that get near-sighted with age instead of far-sighted. I can real just fine out to about 18 inches; beyond that I need my glasses. Without my glasses, I can't even make out the individual letters on those green and white freeway signs... Claude |

Dave, Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see too well. Is that a yeller handled gun or a banana ? Just kidding great piece when it's not blatant. It took me a while to find it. Tim |
