Default Night shirt Santa

Here's a new pattern I did today with a few tricks I learned in the Bishop's painting seminar.

Question Re: Night shirt Santa

Mark,

I really like this one a lot. So, what were some of the painting tricks you learned? Also, how tall is this Santa?

Chipper 67:
The trick I spoke of is the colors of paint for his beard,I used 1 part blue to 3 parts grey, and then dry brushed white over it,I was very pleased with the results. And another thing is on a Santa is to keep the eyes narrow, this gives them a jolly look.

Mark, Very nice little fella. I like the beard. The beard carving is a little different and with the new technique in painting is very nice indeed. Tom H
