Default minature Plyers

A friend mentioned he had a small pair of plyers a friend of his carved years ago and had given him.

being with a great lack of a productive thing to do.
i decidede to try carving a pair..
heres my efforts...

same plyers just open, scale below 2nd photo
they will pinch skin, rather well.......
basswood with bamboo pins

both sides are identical.
drill a small hole, needle size or smaller then
make a tapered pin
incert pin and glue smaller diamiter side,
sand off extra pin

I would imagine you could get quite elorabate with with checkering on the handles or even make the common slip jaw viriaty we are all more familure with...
i made hammer chizzles carving chip knive vice and on and on..
lots of time here at my house.

I have a one-piece pair about the size of a matchstick.

No, I didn't carve it; but I collect them.

Rick i was amased as how easy they were to carve.

Lots easier than trying to make fingernails on a 4 inch carature.. ha!

bordum was the inspiration...
