He wins! A General among any group of men. Is there a way to just surrender your scalp without any bloodshed?
Well done is wasted words. On a scale of 1 to 10 your work is always a 15.
I sure enjoy being able to gaize upon such tallent. How do you spell "gaize" anyway? Anyway, we're all awe-struck. Did you know the guy? Got hair? I guess that was a French thing if I heard it right.

| | Re: Magua, The Sly Fox Lynn,
When I heard you were doing a carving of Magua, (Wes did a great job playing him in the movie) I could not wait. Now that it is carved, you truely put this carving on top, and after the paint is done it will for sure be over the top. You are an inpirastion and a I always look forward to what you are doing next.

| | Re: Magua, The Sly Fox Very nice one! You somehow always manage to take some of the best composed pictures of your projects with the "just right" background colors and lighting. I always look forward to seeing them. Thanks! |

| | Re: Magua, The Sly Fox Just opened up this thread and noticed Lynn's comment on his own carving "WOW!".
At first I though that was a rather conceited remark, but then again, it seemed just a natural resonse to the carving's appearance. May I echo "WOW"!?
Lynn, I hope you don't take these comments wrong; they are meant as nothing but complimentary. I am absolutely in awe of your work. I just can't understand where your inspiration comes from. And as far as that "Wow" goes, from reading all your other posts (don't think I have missed a single one) it sounds like even you are surprised sometimes by how well the figures emerge from the wood. I know that it takes a lot of planning and research on your part, even before you take knife to block. Even so, each piece seems to take on a life of it's own, complete with personality.
