| | Maestro Violinist Hello everyone, Again, I apologize for neglecting the board lately - I have just moved my studio to a new location and will take another week or two to get back to normal. I took a break from all the mess and everything that still needs to be done and finally did some of the finishing touches on my Maestro Violinist. Hope you will like him - I really enjoyed working on this one and cannot wait to get back to the Cellist. Fred |

| | Re: Maestro Violinist Excellent, excellent sculpture Fred! Is it my imagination or can I see the tendons and veins in the back of the hand? The flow of the hair and clothing is truly outstanding. I believe the best aspect of the carving is no matter how many times I view it I seem to notice something additional with each subsequent viewing. I'm afraid my words don't do it justice. Your talent is amazing. Thanks for sharing!

| | Re: Maestro Violinist Fred,
Do you paint with oils or acrylics, you have such a beatiful finish. We have seen carvings ruined with the finish. Your work is superb!!! |

| | Re: Maestro Violinist Just amazing, I like the flow of the carving, the color contrast and the working of the hair with the face. Like I said, just amazing.
