Default A lunch time presentation

DAILY NEWS photo by Dustin Fuller

WOOD CHIPS: Mike Willard talked about his woodcarving hobby to members of the Worland Rotary Club at the Wednesday-noon meeting. Willard started making the creations in 1999. The clothes and shoes are carved along with the person and then painted. His pieces are either single or a two-piece set and the object more or less “pops out” as he carves the wood. Willard even carves objects out of the center of golf balls.

Mike ... Nice looking display you got there ...

Great looking variety of figures you have created ..

Nothing like seeing a carver who's proud of his accomplishments ..

Thanks for sharing this wonderful pic ..

Gene

Mike....what a great pic!! Hard to pick a favorite out of that group, but I think I'd have to opt for "Mr. Lincoln". Bonnie
