Thank you all for your nice comments. I appreciate everyone looking and commenting. I have been trying to get more detailing into the clothing. I have a ways to go, but I have fun trying and that's whats important.

Joe, great carving and idea! You really captured a 'logger's stance' holding that ax...looks like he's looking for 'one more' old tree to cut down before calling it quits for the day!!! He's a tough looking character for a tough job... Thanks for sharing him with us...keep the chips flying too Joe!

I was thinking exactly the same thing! You really captured his eyes very well. I am going to be studying them as that is an area I really lack in. I love the way he is looking up and to his left like that. It really does give that 'time to top that one' kinda look to him.
