Default Irish Mike

A three quarter face. I enjoy is face. Things I would change - The ear needs work, the next one the hat tilts down into the face more, the skin would be rougher.
What do you think?
Colors? Kerchief will be green. Black hat and dark hair. Or perhaps stays natural.
