Default Hillbillies

My wife's close friend went to Branson Missouri and purchased two blanks by Mike Shipley and brought them home and then ask my wife if I would carve hillbillies out of them for her for her father ..

I wanted to sit down with her and help her learn to carve herself ..
Well that went over like a ignored suggestion .. So guess who ended up having to do it .. Iam putting this down as a honey do job .. Iam about maxed out for the year ..

So here they are unpainted and painted ..

So are the perils of friends knowing you can carve ..

Gene

Gene-you did a great job on the hillbillies.
look on the bright side they a least provided the rough-outs.
usually when someone asks me to do something they don't provide anything except the request.
