Good to see someone else is not a golfer. I too am trying to eliminate golfing from this earth by carving all the balls instead of hitting them. I carve cabins, lighthouses & faces. I save the shell that was removed & when the carving is finished, I put it back in place. The ball is mounted on a "T". Visitors see the ball sitting on a desk and out of curiosity will pick it up, the shell falls off and everyone gets a big laugh.
