Its in issue #3 WCI,but you drill all 4 side 2 times one above the other with a 11/4"bit.carve away all the excess,and then carve it,you may need to carve the back holes 13/8",I don't and soak it 30 min. in alcohol before popping in the ball. |

The paints are deluted to 2-3 drops of paint to 2 teaspoons of warm water.I also wet the carving before I paint it. |
