Thanks Cliff, empty nester now. The nights get long and if I don't carve then I have to grade school papers or something like that. Carving has its moments of fun.

Love him John .. simple and too the point .. he looks like you had alot of fun carving him ..

I love simple carvings like this .. not simple in skill .. just simple in character .. your cuts are clean and painitng is great ..

Very well done. An excellent example of flat plane carving. It just couldn't be any better than that. Great job.
