Default A few more carvings

Hey All,

Haven't been doing too much carving lately with trying to keep up with summer chores and all, not to mention trying to keep up with all of the great posts here on the forum. I thought I would post a few that I did a few years ago, a couple of the baseball coaches go back 8 - 9 years ago.

The lumber jack is a memorial to my brother who was an avid outdoorsman who loved to cut and split wood this was my own pattern

The three coaches are ones I did for my son representing his little league baseball career. These came from a Tom Wolfe book on baseball

The other one is an indian that I was just messing around with, the indian came from carving caricatures by Jim Maxwell.

"Peg Leg Pete" came from an idea of an imported carving that I saw in a souveneir shop in Virginia Beach

I hope to get back into some carving here in the near future.

Safe Carving to all and God Bless,

Mark

Tom, Curt, Simon and Corey,
Thanks for taking the time to check these out. Glad you liked them. Hope to get back to carving something this week.
Don't know if it will be new or just try to finish out some of the stuff I have laying around unfinished.

Safe Carving and God Bless,

Mark

Nice carving I like them all but kind of lean toward the three coaches as a favorite.
