Default Eyebrows

Eyebrows themselves express a lot of emotion.
Surprise , Anger >, Despair :'(, Confusion ???, Doubt :-/, and more.

I expect that most figure carvers have created a face that looked angry and just couldn't figure out why. Â*

(My favorites are angry Santas) Â*

Usually the reason lies with the eyebrows, they may be too heavy, or too low. Â*Try this, lower your eyebrows and guess which emotion you are conveying. Â*
Now raise them a little, and add just a tiny smile, there, you have a stupid grin.

That is what Santa needs.

And I bet you carve eyebrows like teeny tiny moustaches.
Don (I haven't had a chance to pick up my knife all week.) :'(
