Default ever heard of???

has anyone ever heard of a folk art wood carver named C.Hannah i know he has carved some black folk art figures.which look like they were pretty old and were for sale on E bay

There's a Hannah family on the east coast (think they are in Vermont) that sells carvings. It could possibly be them or a relative.

I saw this old post. Don't know if you ever resolved your question. C. Hannah was Charles Hannah brother of Gerald (Pat) and Tom Hannah. They were from Montreal. Gerald, the best carver of the lot moved to Vermont and carved until his death in the 1960's.
