Thanks everyone for the great comments. Donald, this ol guy looks to be about 60 and I've still got 23 more yrs before I'm 60. I started carving early so I could maybe get good by the time I retire.
Hobo, you already "got good" all you will do here on out is get better and that is what wood carving is all about, the more one carves the better one becomes and the more challenging the projects become. So keep on carving because a day without carving is a day without carving and that is a waste. Check out my Blog as I have added a photo trail on my Hobos.
